Solapak Systems Ltd (SSL) senior staff each has 20 years or more experience directly related to our work. Collectively, we form a unique team with insight into industrial and developing world energy markets, as well as emerging PV and application technologies.

Martin Bellamy BEng, CPhys, CEng, CSci, MIET, MIoP
Martin has over 30 years of practical engineering experience, with the last 24 working directly within the PV industry. He has designed and implemented complex PV products and systems for urban environments, extreme climates and highly specialised applications.
Martin specialises in developing world energy markets, including global energy access strategy. The author / co-author of two books on the provision of energy services, his experience includes product assessment, project management and strategic business services to energy organisations, national stakeholders and the international investment sector.
Martin has a BEng in engineering physics and is chartered as a physicist, engineer and scientist.
Terry Peachey
Terry is an international Sales & Marketing Manager with 30 years experience in strategic business development and sales of high value capital equipment to a wide range of blue chip companies and government departments.
A veteran of the industrial solar power sector, Terry has unparalleled commercial knowledge of the industry, especially oil and gas applications.
Mark Spratt BSc, MSc, PhD (Director of Solapak Development Ltd)
Mark has 30 year’s experience in solar energy encompassing roles in both academia and SMEs. Most recently he served as Technology Officer developing commercial dye sensitised solar cells, including establishment of testing facilities, product and new business development.
Mark has considerable knowledge of traditional power generation technologies, having served as Business Manager at Cardiff University School of Engineering where he helped create the multidisciplinary Welsh Energy Research Centre.
Mark has a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics, an MSc in Energy and a PhD in building integrated photovoltaics.
